Mum and I specialise in hand-painting kitchens, and with over 13 years of experience transforming kitchens on-site in our customers’ homes, we take real pride in delivering a seamless process and a flawless, professional finish every time.
We paint all types of kitchen and furniture surfaces, including bare timber, MDF, previously painted kitchens, and natural wood finishes like this one.
This kitchen had been inherited by our customer, and we helped transform it into something that truly felt like their own. Along with a stunning new colour, we also replaced the handles and hinges to complete the fresh new look.
To add an extra personal touch, Frankie hand-applied silver leaf detailing to selected areas, creating a unique finish tailored just for our customer. We always do our best to bring our customers’ vision to life.

Okay, so that was a hot one… 🥵🎨
Just a little insight into our week! We hand-painted this beautiful kitchen in 37°C heat. There was still time for coffee, of course ☕, and a few business meetings on site too. As we live separately, we often have to squeeze in catch-ups between coats of paint and drying times!
Our customer had air conditioning throughout their home, which was a welcome break from the heat, but it also brings its own challenges when you’re working with paint. Lower moisture levels can affect drying, so it’s all about adapting and working with the conditions.
There are no problems only solutions. When the diary is full, you keep moving, adapt where needed, and make sure every customer receives the quality, service, and finish you promised.
I also filmed a lot less, my mind just wasn’t there, I blame the heat! 😂 needed to work even harder to focus on the tasks at hand.
Some weeks test you more than others… this was definitely one of them! 💪✨
